The inspection system of this project adopts "water immersion" wireless rotating ultrasonic/eddy current to realize 100% flaw detection on the surface and inside of the wire tube rod, which can realize longitudinal/lateral/oblique/thickness inspection. The tube and bar only move in a straight line, and the four sets of ultrasonic probe modules rotate in situ at a high speed along the radial direction to achieve 100% spiral scanning on the surface of the tested material. By controlling the rotation speed and the forward speed, the pitch is controlled so that the pitch is less than 85% of the overall sound beam width of the total probe, which guarantees 115% detection coverage (15% repeat coverage).
