Automatic Roller Eddy Current System /Automatic Roller AI CCD Image System is a Full-automatic detection machine which integrates Light, electric and mechanic. It adopts the eight frequency eddy current + AI CCD Image technique to test the crack and flaws of the appearance, the complementary detection ensures no NG products released from the system. The system is automatic feeding, cleaning, detection and sorting, and able to integrate into the production line. System consist of main control system, feeding system and machine driven system, in which the core detection instrument & mechanical device are AIO, greatly helps to save the space. Humanized human-machine dialog interface is especially suitable for 100% detection for ring shape machine parts.
